Hotel capacity in Lelystad is rather limited. There is one hotel, conveniently situated in the center of Lelystad, on walking distance from the train station. Almost all rooms in this hotel have been reserved for participants to the congress. We have made additional reservations in a large hotel in Emmeloord, which is approximately 30 minutes from Lelystad. Shuttle services from both these hotels to the congress hall will be arranged for. You can book your hotel room at the same time as you apply for the congress!
If you book a room at another hotel, you will need to arrange for your own transport from hotel to congress hall. In that case we suggest you rent a car, because public transport is also limited!
Hotel Apollo, Lelystad
This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Lelystad, and on walking distance from the train station. Their are many restaurants and bars in the immediate neighbourhood and also in the hotel itself.
As of the 1st of July, all rooms in the Apollo hotel are reserved, so it is no longer possible to choose this hotel during the registration procedure.
Hotel Emmeloord
This hotel is located in Emmeloord, outside the city centre, in a beautiful and open environment. It is located near a highway exit and therefore easily reachable by car, with plenty of parking space. If you want to go to the city centre, we advise you to take a taxi. The hotel does have a restaurant and a bar.
